  • Dale

    Instructor

    Dale discovered Pilates in 1997 while on a dance retreat in college. After taking her first class she fell in love with the method. Dale trained with The Physical Mind Institute and became a comprehensively trained Pilates Instructor in 2001. She has since taken workshops with many of the Pilates Elders and master teachers such as Lolita San Miguel, Mary Bowen, Ron Fletcher, Kathy Grant and Bob Liekens. Dale continues to expand her knowledge and love of Pilates by attending conferences and workshops. Additionally, Dale has a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and a Master's Degree in Health Education.

  • Nicole

    Instructor

    Nicole earned her Pilates Mat Instructor certification in 2005 from Power Pilates. She continued training as an apprentice at Power Pilates and received comprehensive apparatus instructor training and certification in 2009. Her love of dance also inspired Vbarre certification in 2013. Nicole has worked with a vast range of fitness levels, from beginner to professional athletes, post surgical, post injury and pre/post natal. Nicole is passionate about empowering others through Pilates and broadens her knowledge by regularly attending Pilates conferences and workshops.

  • Ebony

    Instructor

    Ebony has always loved being active. As a child she was a dancer (ballet, tap and jazz), a gymnast and a martial artist. When she was introduced to Pilates for the first time she couldn't believe the similarities to all of the sports and activities she loved. She earned her Personal Trainer license through ISSA and her Comprehensive Pilates Training through Club Pilates. She also actively attends yoga and flexibility classes. Ebony loves to take all of these influences and add them to her classes for a fun and unique workout!

  • Eileen

    Instructor

    Eileen is a lifelong fitness devotee who played competitive basketball as soon as she learned how to dribble the ball. Her love for Pilates began while working in the fashion industry when her boss suggested they do a group class to combat the stress, long hours, lack of exercise and mindless eating. Her love affair with Pilates began and in 2009, she become a comprehensive instructor through Balanced Body University. Eileen's feet are firmly grounded in helping others achieve their health and wellness goals. She lets her heart and soul lead the way, intuitively knowing how to inspire others to thrive and championing them to find their strength within.

  • Sandy

    Sandy enjoys physical fitness inside and outside the studio including biking, tennis and obviously Pilates! She earned her certification in personal fitness training at Hofstra University in 2006, and her Pilates Instructor Training with Club Pilates. From Sandy's first encounter with Pilates she knew this was something special that she wanted to share with others. Sandy enjoys being creative with her Pilates class sequencing, keeping things fresh, fun and purposeful.

  • Tara

    Tara's love of movement started at an early age with a focus on ballet throughout her youth. She later found her love for teaching and became an instructional designer and professor however, she realized that movement was missing from her life. She found Pilates and instantly fell in love. Pilates allowed her to find strength again after being diagnosed with cervical spine issues that made physical movement a bit painful and frightening. In addition, she loved how Pilates continuously strengthened her mind, body, spirit connection. Tara wanted to teach others the movement that had helped her heal both physically and emotionally and completed her Comprehensive Pilates Training through Club Pilates.

  • Maria

    Maria understands the importance of health, wellness and exercise, which is why she's been a lifelong student - first in Fitness (fitness instructor certification 1987), then Nursing (BS 1995) and finally Anesthesiology (MS 2003). Recognizing Joseph Pilates' pioneering practices and theory on the body's ability to heal, repair and adapt, Maria found her passion in Pilates in 2010. She enjoys feeling and seeing the transformation that occurs through mindful movement, and the way Pilates gets circulation flowing, the anatomy and functions of the human body. Maria completed her comprehensive Pilates Training through Club Pilates.
